Product Overview

Brief Introduction:

Spray dryer is a kind of continuous atmospheric desiccator. Spray liquid material into mist with special equipment to make it dry in contact with hot air. It is used for drying some heat sensitive liquids, suspensions and viscous liquids, such as milk, eggs, tannins and drugs. It is also used for drying fuels, intermediates, soap powder and inorganic salts.

Features And Advantages:

The drying speed is fast, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization, and 95% - 98% water can be evaporated instantly in the hot air flow. The drying time is only a few seconds, which is especially suitable for the drying of heat sensitive materials. The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. For the liquid with moisture content of 40-60% (special materials up to 90%), it can be dried into powder products at one time. After drying, there is no need to crush and screen, so as to reduce the production process and improve the purity of products. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which is very convenient for control and management.

Working Principle

After being filtered and heated, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The high speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower (swivel) is atomized into tiny droplets of mist, contacting with the hot air and flowing into the finished product in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
